Duration: 1 hour; Free; Kickboxing is a combination of aerobics, boxing and martial arts, providing an intense total body workout. This class is designed to help you build physical and mental strength while pushing yourself to your limits. You'll learn how to properly position your hands, shift your weight, and most importantly, how to strike effectively using your fists, shins, and knees. Spend time on the heavy bag to develop your striking power and technique. You'll improve your strength, coordination and balance while learning some practical self defense measures.
